Customer Success Executive

Summary

Seeking a customer facing Customer Success Executive based anywhere in Europe to work on supporting our social listening & analytics and online communities clients who use our IdaaS/SaaSproducts listening247® and communities247®. Aspects of this job include training clients to use the products, gathering of online posts, managing the creation of training data for AI, data processing and data quality checks as well as producing PPT reports. This is a full-time engagement with significant opportunities for innovation, growth and advancement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ year experience in project management/key account management and data analytics
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills 
  • Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a timely manner
  • Some experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) to automate or support data workflows
  • Familiarity with different market research techniques and statistics
  • Experience in working with clients managing expectations, communicating insights, and resolving issues proactively
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and seniority levels 
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a multicultural, client-facing environment
  • Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Reliable and adaptable to meet changing business needs
  • Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Working knowledge of Regular Expressions (RegEx) for advanced data classification and filtering
  • Experience in advertising, marketing, public relations (PR), or basic design is a strong plus - particularly when it comes to refining visual deliverables or aligning communication with brand tone and aesthetics will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to interpret campaign or content performance, extract relevant insights, and provide clients with actionable recommendations based on results and business context is highly desirable
  • Experience conducting research and preparing research reports is an advantage, particularly when creating detailed analyses and insights for clients

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage client-facing projects and key accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Working closely with a dynamic team of Customer Success Executives, Software Engineers and Data Scientists to use and improve web-based platforms and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Offering project support to clients using listening247 and communities247
  • Regular Expression queries for data gathering
  • Create client reports, dashboards and other deliverables
  • Execute quality checks on data
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and proactively track deliverables and milestones Liaise with clients and partners
  • Focus on delivering exceptional client experiences by consistently exceeding expectations
  • Develop a clear understanding of individual client success metrics and align project outcomes accordingly
