OBJECTIVE:
listening247 created insight reports for the women’s activewear industry to:
Provide a detailed study on overall posts and sentiment in the women’s activewear industry.
Provide marketing insights about a specific brand and offer suggested business actions, including post copy and images using its its Gen AI.
RESULTS:

1. Analysed 8,000+ posts from online conversations across 5 brands and found:
Clothing was the leading conversation driver with over 54% of post volume;
Instagram and X led the discussions;
The client’s had a lower share of voice among its competitors, but it had a 35 point higher Net Sentiment Score than a leading competitor.
