OBJECTIVE:

listening247 created insight reports for the women’s activewear industry to:

  1. Provide a detailed study on overall posts and sentiment in the women’s activewear industry.
  2. Provide marketing insights about a specific brand and offer suggested business actions, including post copy and images using its its Gen AI.

RESULTS:

Using its proprietary Gen AI model, l247

1. Analysed 8,000+ posts from online conversations across 5 brands and found:
  • Clothing was the leading conversation driver with over 54% of post volume; 
  • Instagram and X led the discussions;
  • The client’s had a lower share of voice among its competitors, but it had a 35 point higher Net Sentiment Score than a leading competitor.
2. Identified conversational themes to drive social content:
  • The brand is celebrated for empowering and supporting women of all abilities through authentic ambassador stories;
  • The brand is perceived as a brand that celebrates strength in all its forms, not just physical but also mental, emotional, and spiritual.
